Judicial employees committing crimes stipulated in the paragraph that is above abusing their authority can be seriously penalized.
Article 246. Those freely insulting other people making use of force or other practices or those fabricating stories to slander other people, in the event that instance is severe, can be sentenced to three years or less in jail, placed under unlawful detention or surveillance, or deprived of the governmental legal rights.
Article 247. Those causing accidents to other people, real disablement, or death, can be convicted and severely penalized in accordance with articles 234 and 232 of the legislation.
Article 248. Supervisory and administration workers of prisons, detention facilities, as well as other guard homes whom beat or physically abuse their inmates, in the event that situation is severe, should be sentenced to three years or less in jail or placed under criminal detention.
